Just to remind all players that there is a mis print in the fixture card for matches on the 26th February.

It is 3v7 (not 2v7).

KO Cup Draw

The draw for the quarter finals of the KO CUP to be played on March 19th is:-

Chelmsley Wood v Coventry A
Coventry F v Coventry B
Coventry D v Coventry C

There have been a number of withdrawls from the plate. (e.g. Nuneaton A) and only 5 teams are left so Oliver
is working out what to do. Watch this space.

Matches - Tuesday January 22nd POSTPONED

The league has decided to call a general postponement for Tuesday 22nd Jan.

These matches are re-scheduled for Mar 12th and we will cancel the individual lightning or play it later.

If any matches do go ahead then any players that play tomorrow will NOT be able to play on Mar 12,
as there is a rule that you cannot play twice on the same original fixture date.
 

Other clubs are being contacted with same message as this one.

Knock Out Cup Results

 All of our cup teams won

Coventry Chess A,B,C,D,F

Coventry Chess E are providing spare players and G put up a good show against the A team

With 5 teams in the quarter final we are going to have some interesting ties.

With Nuneaton A and Rugby A both out then who knows......
